No-fermentation kinako bread

 


Ingredients


* Pancake mix…150g

* Silken tofu…150g

* Kinako (roasted soybean flour)…2 tablespoons

* Brown sugar (or refined sugar)…1 tablespoon

* Kinako and black sesame seeds for finishing…appropriate amounts


Instructions


1. Place the silken tofu in a bowl and mash it into a smooth paste using a rubber spatula.

2. Add the pancake mix, kinako, and brown sugar to step 1 and mix well.

3. Divide step 2 into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls. Coat with kinako. Make a slit in the center of each ball, and top 4 of them with black sesame seeds. Line a tray with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven (200℃ or 600W) for 12-15 minutes.
