Ingredients
- 1 banana (100g net weight)
- 50g plain yogurt
- 25g rice flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 20g walnuts
Preparation
- Roughly chop the walnuts
- Line the mold with parchment paper
Directions
1. Tear the banana and place in a food processor. Add the plain yogurt, rice flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vegetable oil and blend until smooth.
2. Add the walnuts and blend roughly. Pour into a mold, flatten, and microwave uncovered at 600W for 4 minutes.
3. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator before cutting.
