Hot sandwich with fried egg and ham

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):


2 slices of bread (8-slice loaf)


Mayonnaise (to taste)


1 egg


2 slices of roast ham


10g melted butter


1 slice of cheese


Instructions:


① Cut a circle out of the center of one slice of bread using a well-washed glass or similar object.


② Grease a hot sandwich maker with butter, place the circle from ① on top, and spread with mayonnaise. Crack the egg into the hole.


③ Place the roast ham, sliced ​​cheese, and the mayonnaise-spread bread on top of ② and close the lid. Cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
