Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1/2 bunch spinach
100g firm tofu
[A] 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
[A] 2 teaspoons sugar
[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
① Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a heatproof dish, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute to drain the water.
② Wash the spinach well, and while still wet, wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it on a heatproof dish and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Cool it in cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and cut it into 3-4cm pieces.
③ Put ① in a bowl and mash until smooth. Add [A] and mix. Add ② and mix quickly. Done!
