Crispy baked spinach and chicken fillet

 


Ingredients (serves 2):


[A] 200g thinly sliced ​​chicken breast


[A] 1/2 bag spinach (cut into 1cm pieces)


[A] 40g pizza cheese


[A] 1 egg


[A] 1 tablespoon potato starch


[A] 1 teaspoon consommé soup base


40g breadcrumbs


2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Directions: 


1. Mix [A] in a bowl.

2. Add the breadcrumbs to [A] and mix lightly.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add [B]. Cook until crispy on both sides and it's done!
