Ingredients (1 serving):
1 slice of bread (6-slice loaf)
5g butter
1 egg
1 slice of cheese
1/2 can (approx. 35g) canned tuna in brine
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions:
① Heat butter in an omelet pan over medium heat and pour in the beaten egg. While the egg is still slightly runny, place the halved slice of bread on top and gently press to allow it to absorb the egg. Immediately flip it over and spread the egg on the other side.
② Once the egg is cooked, flip the whole thing over and top with the slice of cheese, drained canned tuna, and mayonnaise.
③ Fold the bread in half and toast both sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired!
