Spring cabbage and crab stick radish salad

 


Ingredients

- Daikon radish (tsuma): as needed


- Cabbage: as needed


- Crab-flavored kamaboko: as needed


- Parsley: as needed


- White sesame seeds: as needed


- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons


- Mustard paste: 1 teaspoon


- Sugar: 3/4 teaspoon


Preparation


Shred the spring cabbage, steam it, and cool it.


Cut the daikon radish toppings into bite-sized pieces.


Cut the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces and fluff them.


Finely chop the parsley.


Make the white sesame seeds into ground white sesame.


■Mix the seasonings and mix the ingredients

Mix the seasonings ● in a bowl, then add the daikon radish toppings, spring cabbage, crab sticks, and parsley and mix. Sprinkle with ground white sesame seeds.
