Ingredients:
A. 1 egg
A. 100g pancake mix
A. 100g plain yogurt (sweetened)
1 teaspoon salad oil
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients A in a bowl.
2. Pour into a heat-resistant container lined with baking paper and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
3. Add salad oil to a frying pan and fry until golden brown. Finish!
