Mackerel can crumble

 


Ingredients:


Canned mackerel (in water) - 1 can


Sesame oil - 1/2 teaspoon


[A] Mentsuyu (3x concentrated) - 2 tablespoons


[A] Sugar - 1 tablespoon


[A] Grated ginger - 1/2 teaspoon


Instructions:


① Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel (including the liquid) and stir-fry, breaking it apart as you go.


② Add [A] and simmer until reduced.


③ Once it becomes crumbly, it's done!
