Ingredients: (Serves 2)
Daikon radish 200g
Eggs 2
Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
[A] Mentsuyu (3x concentrated) 1 tablespoon
[A] Water 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
① Peel the daikon radish and cut it into thin strips.
② Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the daikon radish from step ①. Once it has softened, add [A] and quickly coat the radish.
③ Beat the eggs and pour them in, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Done!
* Garnish with chopped green onions for added color and flavor.
