Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Pancake mix 200g
Plain yogurt (unsweetened) 100g
Vegetable oil 20g
Instructions:
① Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
② Divide into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
③ Lightly coat a frying pan with vegetable oil (not included in the ingredients list) and place the balls in it. Cover and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes on each side. Done!
