Ingredients:
200g cabbage
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 egg
100g ground beef and pork mix
5g butter
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
Instructions:
① Cut the cabbage into 3cm pieces.
② Heat half of the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten egg and cook. Stir with a spatula until semi-cooked, then remove to a heatproof dish.
③ Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining vegetable oil, and heat over medium heat. Add the ground meat and the cabbage from step ① and stir-fry. Once the meat is cooked through, add [A] and simmer until the sauce thickens. Return the egg from step ② to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Done!
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and enjoy!
