Kimchi fried chicken

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

[A] 300g Thinly Sliced ​​Chicken Breast


[A] 70g Napa Cabbage Kimchi


[A] 2 tsp Soy Sauce


2 tsp All-Purpose Flour


Potato Starch (to taste)


Oil (to taste)


Directions:

1. Place [A] in a bowl and knead, then add the flour and mix.

2. Roll [A] into bite-sized balls and coat thoroughly in potato starch. Pour oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 1cm, heat to 170°C, and deep-fry until crispy. Done!
