Grilled chicken breast with seaweed, salt and cheese

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):


1 chicken breast (approx. 300g)


[A] 2 teaspoons sake


[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt


[A] Black pepper, to taste


1 tablespoon potato starch


2 teaspoons salad oil


40g pizza cheese


1/2 teaspoon green laver


Directions:


1. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, rub with [A], and coat with potato starch.


2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the pieces on top, and cook. Once golden brown, flip, cover, and steam over low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes.


3. Once cooked through, add the pizza cheese, then cover again and let it melt. Finish by sprinkling with green laver and it's done!
