Ingredients (Serves 2):
1/2 head of broccoli
[A] 2 eggs
[A] 2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Remove the broccoli florets from the core and finely chop them with a knife.
2. Place [A] and [B] in a bowl and mix well until evenly combined.
3. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-low heat. Pour in [B]. Cover and cook, turning once the bottom is set and golden brown. Once both sides are cooked through, it's done!
