Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 cucumber (sliced)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 spring onion (thinly sliced)
[A] 1 teaspoon sesame oil
[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt
[A] 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
[A] 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
[A] 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Approx. white sesame seeds
Preparation
1. Place the cucumber and salt in a bowl and let them soften, then squeeze out the water.
2. Add [A] to 1. and mix. Sprinkle with the white sesame seeds and you're done!
