Ingredients:
2 green peppers
2 chikuwa (fish cakes)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
[A] 2 tablespoons mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
[A] 1 tablespoon mirin
[A] 5g bonito flakes
[A] White sesame seeds, as needed
How to make:
① Remove the stems and seeds from the green peppers and cut them into thin strips lengthwise.
② Cut the chikuwa (fish cakes) diagonally.
③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ① and stir fry. Once the oil is evenly distributed, add ②, stir in [A], and it's done!
