Ingredients
Shredded cabbage...about 100g
Ground chicken...200g
Sesame oil...a little
A) Potato starch...1 tablespoon
A) Ginger (tube)...2 teaspoons
A) Mayonnaise...2 teaspoons
A) Garlic (tube)...1/2 teaspoon
A) Salt and pepper...1/2 teaspoon
<Sauce>
B) Sesame oil...1 tablespoon
B) Dashi stock granules...1 teaspoon
B) Soy sauce...1 teaspoon
Recipe
① If you want to shred the cabbage, use a peeler or slicer.
② Soak the shredded cabbage in a little water and drain thoroughly.
③ Put the minced chicken, shredded cabbage, and ingredients A in a bowl.
④ Mix well.
⑤ Divide into 6 equal parts and roll them into balls. The filling will be soft, but don't worry about it.
⑥ Add sesame oil to a heated frying pan and fry the rolled meatballs.
⑦ Once the meatballs have browned on both sides, cover and steam over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
⑧ Once the meatballs are cooked through and plump, pour in sauce B and allow the flavors to blend.
⑨ Serve on a plate and it's done. You can also garnish with lettuce or shiso leaves if you like.
