Chicken Breast Piccata with Tartare Sauce

 


Ingredients:

300g chicken breast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons flour

1 beaten egg

1 teaspoon salad oil

[A] 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

[A] 1 boiled egg (minced)

[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt

[A] 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

① Remove the skin from the chicken breast and cut it into 1cm-thick strips.

② Place ① on a tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper, leave for about 5 minutes, then coat with flour.

③ Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place ② in the frying pan after dipping it in the beaten egg, and brown both sides. Place on a plate and pour the mixed [A] tartar sauce over it to finish!
