Ingredients:
2 cucumbers (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
100g chicken breast (thinly sliced)
1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
[A] 100g Greek yogurt
A] 50g boiled corn
[A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic
[A] 1/3 teaspoon salt
How to make:
① Put the cucumber and salt in a bowl and drain when soft.
② Put the onion and chicken breast in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes, then allow to cool.
③ Mix ①, ② and [A] together. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and it's done!
