Ingredients:
600 grams chicken fillet, 2 tablespoons garlic paste, 2 teaspoons rosemary (if not available, coriander leaves), 2 pinches saffron (soaked in 2 tablespoons hot water), salt, pepper to taste, olive oil for frying.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with garlic, rosemary, saffron water, salt, pepper for 1 hour. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Fry the chicken on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides. Remove when it turns a nice golden color. Serve with salad, naan or bread.
