Snap pea egg salad

 


[Ingredients for 2 people]

- 1 bag of snap peas (100g)

- 1-2 stalks of coriander

- 1 boiled egg

- 40g canned tuna

<Dressing>

- 2 teaspoons of sweet chili sauce

- 2 teaspoons of olive oil

- A little salt and pepper

[Preparation]

- Remove the stems and strings from the snap peas, boil them in boiling water with salt (not included in the recipe) for 1-2 minutes, and cut them diagonally in half. Cut off the roots of the coriander and roughly chop them.

Cut the boiled eggs into chunks. Place the tuna in a colander and drain the oil.

[How to make]

. Mix the <dressing> ingredients in a bowl, add snap peas, coriander, boiled eggs, and tuna, mix well, and serve on a plate.
