Eating ripe guava will help you lose weight.


A study published in the 'Asian-Australian Journal of Animal Sciences' states that eating guava increases the number of beneficial bacteria in the gut. This improves digestion and increases metabolism, which leads to weight loss.

In addition, guava helps keep the stomach full for a long time, controls appetite and reduces bad cholesterol levels in the blood. Even diabetics can safely eat guava, because it is able to control blood sugar levels.

Guava detox drink

Cut 1 ripe guava into small pieces. Mix one inch of ginger and a few mint leaves in 2 liters of water and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (it is better to keep it overnight). Guava salad
