Ingredients
1 cup rose petals
4 cups water
3-4 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
A pinch of saffron
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Kewra water
Crushed ice and rose petals for garnish
Method
Wash the rose petals well. This time, heat it in a pan and add rose petals, saffron and cinnamon powder and boil it well. When the water changes color and the aroma comes out, turn off the gas and strain the drink. Keep it at room temperature for some time, add honey to it and stir well. You can add 1-2 drops of Keora water for flavor. Adding Keora water will give it a restaurant-like taste. This time, before serving the sharbat, sprinkle some ice cubes and a few rose petals on top.
