[Ingredients for 2 people]
Spaghetti (1.6mm, boiled for 7 minutes)...160g
Canned tuna (in oil)...1 small can (about 70g)
Milk...1 cup
Broccoli...1/2 piece (about 150g)
Western-style soup base (granules)...1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil, flour, salt
How to make
1. Roughly chop the broccoli.
2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the broccoli. When the oil is mixed in, add the tuna with the juice from the can and fry. When it is mixed well, add 1 tablespoon of flour and fry until it is no longer powdery.
3. Add 270ml of water, Western-style soup base, and 2/3 teaspoon of salt, fold the spaghetti in half and add it, and mix lightly to prevent the noodles from sticking. Once boiling, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 7 minutes (stir 2-3 times during simmering).
4. Remove the lid, add the milk, and stir fry while evaporating the water. Sprinkle with a little salt and mix.
