Ingredients & Quantity (Serves 2)
2 potatoes
2 tablespoons potato starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to make
1) Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips using a slicer.
2) Mix in a bowl with the other ingredients, then heat a lot of oil in a frying pan and pour in the oil with a spoon and fry. When both sides are crispy, it's done.
