Ingredients
Broccoli... 1/2 head
Pizza cheese... 30g
White dashi... 1 tablespoon
Black pepper... appropriate amount
Preparation
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Put it in a heat-resistant dish, pour white dashi over it, and microwave (600W) for 4 minutes. If using 500W, microwave for about 4 minutes and 50 seconds.
How to make
1. Place the broccoli, cheese, and black pepper on a baking sheet in that order, wrap it up, and microwave (600W) for 40 seconds until the cheese melts. If using 500W, microwave in the same way.
2. Serve in a bowl and it's done.
