Cream puffs with eggs and mayonnaise

 


Ingredients:


[A] 1 egg


[A] 2 teaspoons mayonnaise


Whipped cream, to taste


Directions:


① Place [A] in a bowl and mix with a whisk.


② Divide ① into 4 equal parts and place into heat-resistant aluminum cups.


③ Place ② in a preheated oven at 230°C and bake for 10-12 minutes until the dough rises. Use kitchen scissors to make horizontal slits halfway up the height of the choux pastry, then pipe on the whipped cream. Finish!
