[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1 pack of raw oysters (120g per pack)
- A pinch of salt
- 2-3 tablespoons of potato starch
- 3-4 tablespoons of salad oil
- 1/4 bunch of mizuna (Japanese mustard greens)
- 1/4 lemon
<Seasoning>
- 5cm of white leek
- 1/2 piece of grated ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon of sake
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
[Preparation]
- Place the raw oysters in a colander, rinse them in salted water, and pat dry.
- Finely chop the white leek.
- Cut off the root of the mizuna and cut into 3cm lengths.
- Slice the lemon into wedges.
[Directions]
1. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the raw oysters, and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Lightly drain the oysters and coat with potato starch.
2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry (1) on both sides over medium heat. Place in a serving dish with the mizuna and garnish with lemon.
