Tuna, quail egg and cheese spring rolls

 


[Ingredients (Serves 2)]


1 small can of tuna (approx. 70g)


6 quail eggs (boiled) (cut in half widthwise)


20g pizza cheese


3 spring roll wrappers (cut in half)


Nori seaweed (mixed)


1 tablespoon each of flour and water


Salt, pepper, and frying oil


[Preparation]


1. Drain the tuna and flake it, then mix with a pinch of salt and pepper.


2. Using the "Triangular Spring Roll Wrapping" instructions, layer 1/6 of the ingredients in step 1, 2 quail eggs, and 1/6 of the cheese onto one spring roll wrapper, in that order, to make a total of 6 rolls.


3. Pour oil into a frying pan to a depth of 1cm and heat to approximately 150°C. Add ingredients in step 2 and fry, turning halfway through, for approximately 4 minutes until golden brown.
