Ingredients (Serves 2)
Potatoes...300g
A
Potato starch...2 tablespoons
Grated cheese...1 tablespoon
Sugar...1/2 teaspoon
Consommé (granulated)...1 teaspoon
Water...1/2 tablespoon
Frying oil...to taste
Directions
1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a heat-resistant container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W. Mash.
2. Add ingredients A and mix until combined. Place in a sealed bag, roll out, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Remove the contents from bag 2 and cut out star shapes using a star cutter. Roll out the remaining pieces and cut out the star shapes in the same way.
4. Deep-fry in 170°C oil until golden brown.
