Oven-baked La France

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


- 1-2 La France pears


- 1.5-3 teaspoons rum


- 1 pack vanilla ice cream


- Chocolate syrup, to taste


- Mint leaves, to taste


[Preparation]


- Quickly rinse the La France pears and poke holes in the skin with a toothpick to prevent them from tearing during baking.


- Preheat the oven to 180°C.


[Directions]


1. Arrange the La France pears in a heat-resistant container and bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for 30-40 minutes until soft.


2. Cut the pears in half lengthwise, pour the rum over them, and arrange them on a plate with the ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with mint leaves.
