Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 bag of chrysanthemum leaves (Chrysanthemum jasmine)
1 mandarin orange
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1. Tear the tips of the chrysanthemum leaves from the stems and place them in cold water. Once crisp, drain in a colander and drain thoroughly.
2. Peel the mandarin orange, cut into quarters lengthwise, and then into 5mm-wide slices.
3. Place (1) and (2) in a bowl, add the mixed <dressing> ingredients, mix well, and serve.
