Ingredients
Broccoli...half a head
Pizza cheese...as much as you like
Salt and pepper...to taste
Preparation
Place the broccoli in a heat-resistant container and microwave (600W) for 5 minutes. If using a 500W microwave, microwave for approximately 6 minutes.
Remove from the microwave, finely chop, and season with salt and pepper.
Directions
1. Place bite-sized slices of pizza cheese in a frying pan. Heat over medium heat.
2. Place bite-sized pieces of broccoli on top using a spoon.
3. Serve on a serving dish
