Rice balls with canned mackerel, spinach and salted kelp

 


Ingredients:

 Rice...1 bowl (about 120g)

Canned mackerel in miso sauce...30g

Boiled spinach...20g

Salted kelp...1 tablespoon


Preparation

Drain the mackerel and flake it.


Cut the boiled spinach into 3cm pieces.


Directions

1. Mix the mackerel, boiled spinach, and salted kelp into the rice.

2. Gather the rice with the ingredients and form it into onigiri.
