Ham and egg toast

 


Ingredients

1 slice of bread


10g butter


1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil


1 egg


20g pizza cheese


1 slice of roast ham


Tomato ketchup, to taste


Directions:

1. Add butter to a frying pan over medium heat and toast the slice of bread until golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, remove from the frying pan.

2. Wipe the frying pan clean, add vegetable oil, and heat over medium heat. Crack an egg into the pan and top with the pizza cheese.

3. Add the roast ham and the slice of bread from step 1, in that order, press lightly, and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Turn off the heat, cover the frying pan with a plate, and flip it over.

4. Pour the tomato ketchup over the pan and sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste.
