- 8-10 medium chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon sake
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of coarse-ground black pepper
- 1-2 turnips
- 1/4-1/2 stalk of broccoli
- 1/4 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
- Ground rock salt, to taste
[Preparation]
- Make an incision in the thickest part of the chicken wings, coat with sake, and rub with salt and coarse-ground black pepper.
- Rinse the turnip thoroughly with water, leaving the skin on, and cut into 6-8 wedges.
- Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- Cut the lemon in half.
- Preheat the oven to 250°C.

1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the chicken wings, turnips, and broccoli, and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 15-20 minutes. (Tip) Check occasionally and remove the meat from the oven.
2. Place in a serving dish, garnish with lemon, and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and ground rock salt.
