BBQ Chicken Sticks

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):


3 chicken tenderloins


[A] 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup


[A] 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


[A] 2 teaspoons sake


[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce


[A] 1 teaspoon sugar


[A] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic


3 tablespoons potato starch


6 tablespoons salad oil


Directions:


1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them into sticks.


2. Place [A] and [A] in a plastic bag and knead. Leave for 15 minutes, then quickly wipe off any excess moisture and coat evenly with potato starch.


3. Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place [A] in the pan and cook on both sides. Once golden brown and cooked through, it's ready!
