Easy shrimp cutlet using wonton wrappers

 


Ingredients: (Serves 2)


[A] 150g Peeled Shrimp (Roughly Chopped)


[A] 1 Piece of Hanpen (Seafood Fishcake)


[A] 50g Finely Chopped Enoki Mushrooms


15 Shumai Wrappers (Shredded)


Oil for Frying (Appropriate)



Directions: 


1. Mix [A] in a bowl.

2. Coat [A] with the shumai wrappers.

3. Pour oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 1cm and heat to 170°C. Add [A] and fry until crispy. Done!
