Cauliflower soup

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


- 1/4-1/2 head of cauliflower


- 1/4 onion


- 5-6 green beans


- 1 slice of bacon


- A pinch of salt and pepper


<Soup>


- 2 teaspoons of granulated soup stock


- 400ml of water


[Preparation]


- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cut the onion into 1cm cubes.

- Cut off the stems of the green beans and cut into 2cm pieces.


- Cut the bacon in half lengthwise and then cut into 1cm pieces.


[Directions]


1. Place the cauliflower, onion, bacon, and the <soup> ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 7-8 minutes. 

2. Add the green beans and simmer for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper and pour into serving bowls.
