[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 2 anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1-2 tablespoons of sake
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- A pinch of dried parsley
[Directions]
1. Separate the cauliflower into small florets. Cut any larger ones in half lengthwise, rinse quickly, and drain.
2. Add the olive oil, garlic, and anchovies to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Once fragrant, add (1) and lightly fry.
3. Add the sake, cover the pan, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then place on a serving dish and sprinkle with dried parsley.
