Mayo corn cheese bread

 


Ingredients:

150g pancake mix

1 can whole corn (canned) (190g total weight / 120g solids)

1 egg

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

30g pizza cheese

Directions:

1. Put the pancake mix, juice from the can of whole corn, half the whole corn, egg, and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise into a bowl and knead until the dough comes together.

2. Line a heat-resistant container with parchment paper, add the mixture from 1, and flatten it.

3. Mix the remaining whole corn and mayonnaise and spread over 2. Then top with pizza cheese. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Finish!
