Mature age (41-60 years)
At this age, the moisture of the skin decreases. Wrinkles and sagging appear. Ayurveda recommends re-nourishing and protecting the skin at this time. It is important for both boys and girls to maintain regular skin moisture.
Nutrition and moisture are needed to remove dryness and wrinkles. For this, you can make a ghee and honey pack. Take half a teaspoon of pure ghee and half a teaspoon of honey. Mix well and apply it thinly on the face. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Ghee nourishes the skin deep down and honey retains moisture. These ingredients help reduce wrinkles and dryness. Use once a week.
