Ingredients
200g sweet potato (chopped)
3 tablespoons water
[A] All-purpose flour 40g
[A] Sugar 2 tablespoons
1 beaten egg
Oil for frying, to taste
Directions:
1. Place the sweet potato and water in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes to mash.
2. Mix [A] with [A]. Add the beaten egg, mix, and transfer to a piping bag.
3. Pour frying oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 1cm and heat to 170°C. Squeeze the mixture out of [A], cut it off with kitchen scissors, and fry until crispy. Finish!
