Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 chicken breast (shredded)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Potato starch (to taste)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients (A) in a bowl. Drain and divide into 6 equal portions. Lightly flatten each portion and coat with potato starch.
2. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add chicken breast (A) and cook until crispy on both sides. Finish!
