Deep fried salted maitake mushrooms

 


Ingredients


Maitake Mushrooms...1 pack

Sake...1 tablespoon

Chicken Stock Powder...1 teaspoon

Potato Starch...1 tablespoon

Preparation

Cut the maitake mushrooms by hand.


Directions


1. Place the maitake mushrooms, sake, and chicken stock powder in a plastic bag and mix well.


Once mixed, coat with the potato starch.


2. Add 3 tablespoons of oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.


Add Step 1 and fry on both sides until crispy.


3. Serve on a plate and you're done.
