Radish cake

 


What you need


200g  Radish


30g Daikon Radish Greens


3 Tablespoons Potato Starch


Salt and Pepper to Taste


Approx. 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil


Directions


1. Grate the  radish (grating it coarsely will make it easier to shape).

2. Mix the lightly squeezed grated daikon radish, finely chopped  radish leaves, potato starch, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. (Chop the  radish leaves as finely as possible to make them easier to shape.)


3. Adjust the amount so that you get about 6 pieces, and shape them into hamburger steaks.

4. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and begin frying the  radish cake . Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, then flip them over when browned.


5. Once all the radish cake have been cooked, arrange them on a plate and you're done!
