Ingredients (Serves 2)
1/8 pumpkin (200g)
20g walnuts
20g cream cheese
[Preparation]
Cut the pumpkin into large bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts and roast them in a frying pan over low heat.
[Directions]
1. Heat a steamer over high heat until steam appears. Once steam appears, place the pumpkin skin-side down, cover, and steam over high heat for 7-8 minutes.
2. Place (1) in a bowl and allow to cool. Once cooled, add the walnuts and cream cheese, mix with your hands, and serve.
