Grilled chicken thigh and white onion with nanban sauce

 


Ingredients

- 1 chicken thigh (about 100g)


- A little salt


- 1/2 white onion (if you like onions, add more. If you don't like onions, leave them out.)


A. Soy sauce (about 1 tablespoon)


A. Sugar (about 1 tablespoon)


A. Vinegar (about 1/2 to 1 tablespoon)


A. Sesame oil (about 1/2 teaspoon)


- Any green radish sprouts, green onions, or whatever you have available


Directions


1. Cut the chicken thigh and white onion into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.


2. Add oil (not listed) to a frying pan and fry the chicken skin-side down. Once browned, flip over.


3. Add the green onion and cook over low heat. Remove and pour over the ingredients.


4. Garnish with green onions.
