Ingredients:
200g sweet potato
20g salted butter
[A] 1 tablespoon sugar
[A] 1 tablespoon milk
[A] Black sesame seeds, as needed
Directions:
1. Cut the sweet potato into 1cm cubes, soak in water for about 3 minutes, drain thoroughly, and pat dry with paper towels. Place on a heat-resistant plate, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
2. Add salted butter to a frying pan and fry over medium heat until the sweet potato is cooked through, then remove to a plate.
3. Wipe off the oil from the frying pan, add [A], and heat over medium heat. When the mixture starts to foam, add [B] and mix thoroughly. Shake the pan to coat the entire mixture in sugar crystals. Finish!
